1. I want to hire a cleaning service. How do I find out about the price?
The price to clean your home, office, etc. is based on many factors. The estimate is free. The size of your home, the type of cleaning, and the frequency for cleaning are some of those factors. But people live with different numbers of pets, different levels of clutter, different surfaces. Pets bring in dirt that we clean. We clean clutter and around it. We clean special surfaces differently.
2. What services do you provide?
Each service is customized based on your needs.
- Cleaning after construction, general cleaning, maintenance cleaning, carpet washing through injection- extraction method
- When you want to throw a party we help you with the set up and we clean and put everything in place after the party
- When you need to clean/organize a warehouse
- When you organize a conference
3. Do I have to be present when your crew is doing the cleaning?
No, but we prefer you are present before we start the cleaning to show us if there are areas that need special attention. Our crew will precisely follow your instructions. We will leave your place only when our task is completed and if you are fully satisfied. Our goal is to please our clients.
4. How many people will be needed for cleaning?
Depending on the complexity of work; usually our crew is comprised of 2 to 4 people who work 5 to 7 hours per day.
5. Do I have to provide you with any products or equipment?
No. Our company has all the necessary cleaning products and equipment - vacuum cleaners, stair mops, cleaning products, rags, etc. If you want to use specific products for various reasons such as your being allergic to certain products or accustomed to a certain scent, etc., and you have those products, we will use them upon your instructions.
6. If during the cleaning process any area is damaged, will I be fully compensated?
We did not have such problems before, but if any item in your house, office, etc. is damaged due to our cleaning efforts, you will be fully refunded.
7. When do I have to pay for the services?
You can either pay in advance or after the services have been rendered. Payment can be made by cash or bank deposit. An invoice will be submitted to you.
8. Do you have any references?
Yes. We can provide you with great feedback from our customers.
9. Do you offer any discounts?
Yes. We offer discount starting with the second cleaning job. We also have special discount packages.
10. Do you send the same crew every time?
Yes, because the crew is already accustomed with the place and your requirements, thus, the job is done more efficiently.
11. Why do you think you are better than the other companies?
We already have a regular clientele, which is an indicator for our success. We want to provide you with the best services so you will be satisfied and come back again. We believe that we are the right cleaning company for you because:
1. Our employees have more than three years of experience in cleaning services. We don’t have contracts with workers without experience or who are not in Bucharest and not have references from their last work place. Before hiring, we thoroughly check their criminal background.
